• A degree in industrial engineering or business administration with superior results.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the production environment of an international operating company.
• Several years experience in the area of operations planning, production controlling or business development.
• Experiences in process analysis and process optimization in a production site environment (continuous improvements).
• Familiar in use and development of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Superior expertise by using MS-Office Software, especially MS Excel.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
