JOB DESCRIPTION :

You will be responsible to support Toyota's business in term of human resource management such as Organizational Development, Performance MAnagement, Recruitment and Development.

REQUIREMENTS :

• S1/S2 from Psychology, Law, Industrial or any major.
• GPA > 3.00.
• Age Max. 27 years old.
• Has interest in human resource area.
• Has good communication skill and strong analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Preferable those with organizational experience.
